At Apex Wrestling, we ignite the warrior spirit in wrestlers from kindergarten to 12th grade. Our specialized training programs in Freestyle and Greco-Roman wrestling are expertly crafted to mold young athletes into champions, regardless of their age or skill level. Our sessions are designed to guide wrestlers through every stage of their journey, from their first step on the mat to dominating in high school competitions.

Our programs cater to all young wrestlers, laying a foundation for success in Youth, Middle School, JV, and Varsity wrestling.

Session 1 (K-5th Grade $125.00): This program is perfect for our youngest wrestlers, introducing them to the exciting world of Freestyle and Greco-Roman wrestling. The focus is on fundamental techniques, instilling a love for the sport, and building a strong base for future development. With three engaging training sessions per week, we ensure a fun and educational experience for our budding athletes.

Session 2 (6th-12th Grade $145.00): As wrestlers grow, so does their need for advanced training. Our program is designed for middle and high school wrestlers ready to deepen their technical skills. This program includes three training sessions per week, covering advanced techniques, conditioning, competition strategies, goal setting, nutrition, and mental toughness – all tailored for the Freestyle and Greco-Roman styles.

Youth Gold Bundle ($200.00): Our most comprehensive program, the Youth Gold Bundle, is for wrestlers who are committed to reaching the pinnacle of their potential. Suitable for grades 4-12, this program offers three intensive training sessions weekly in both wrestling styles. Additionally, it includes two specialized strength classes per week, focusing on explosive power and peak performance, essential for excelling in competitive wrestling.

Youth Gold Bundle ($200.00) 6th – 12th Grade
